After cleared payment, we will ship your Artwork/s in 0-3 business days via Australia Post registered mail with tracking and signature on delivery. Pre Covid 19 it took between 3-7 business days to arrive in Australia and 5-20 days international. Now we have like everyone else experienced lengthy delays. So if your Artwork has not arrived yet, please check your tracking (sent to you via email after shipment). If tracking shows no change it may be stuck in customs in your country.
Refunds and Returns policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Our refund and returns policy ends 30 days after confirmed delivery as stated on the date of the customer’s signature on the proof of delivery document. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be sent back in its original packaging using a trackable shipping service and with a signature on delivery. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we can not accept returns that were damaged in transit. Please contact us for full address details.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
