Kym Hart: “Geisha Girl”, original oil painting, 2023

The good old “Duranta Repens”, a favorite plant in South East Queensland gardens for decades. Comes in 2 colors, in yellow known as “Sheenas Gold” and in purple “Geisha Girl”.  I have a patch of Geisha Girl in my backyard, so I thought it was time to honor its stunning colors in a painting.
